Mr. Schneider is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting, transaction structuring and documentation, tax, treasury, human resources and office administration. Previously Mr. Schneider spent seven years at SunAmerica Inc., most recently as vice president and assistant controller with responsibility for corporate consolidation and SEC reporting. Concurrently, he served as the controller of an internally managed $300 million commercial real estate portfolio. Mr. Schneider is a certified public accountant and is a CFA charterholder. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkley.
